Maintenance windows

Peliqan deploys platform updates within fixed time windows. While we aim to keep downtime to a minimum, certain updates and upgrades require e.g. restarts and can cause minimal downtime.

• EU instance: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM CET (Brussels) on Wednesday or Thursday
• US instance: 5:30 AM - 7:30 AM ET (New York) on Wednesday or Thursday

Note that not every maintenance window is used.

During the maintenance window:

• Schedulers (for pipelines and Data Apps) are stopped 1 hour before deploy
• Downtime during deploy is aimed to be minimal (15 - 30 minutes or less)
• Pipelines and scheduled Data Apps that are still running during deploy will be killed, their bookmarks will not be increased and they will pick up where they left off on the next scheduled run.
